This is the first posting of this blog. The purpose of this blog is for sharing experiences and point of views of how technology can be applied in the educational fields, not only in within the classrooms, but in the whole process that involves education: curriculum design, lesson planning, information delivery, testing, feedback and administration.
I am working at Golden Rule Charter School in Dallas. This masters program is a great opportunity to enrich our knowledge in how we can apply technology in our schools. I am very excited and I hope to enjoy this journey with all of you.

- My name is Jose Gallardo, I am Technology Director in Golden Rule Schools, in Dallas, Tx. I am Computer Systems Engineer from The Technological Institute of Colima and I earned a Masters in Information Technologies at The University of Colima (Mexico). I also earned a Masters in Educational Technology Leadership at Lamar University. My wife and I are raising two wonderful girls.
